Schenectady County Asks Community to Donate Unused Personal Protective Equipment
Schenectady County has put a call out for any personal protective equipment (PPE) that can be used during the current pandemic.
Any business, institution or individual who is able to donate personal protective equipment— including masks, gloves, thermometers, or gowns—to the County should email firstname.lastname@example.org.
“There is a shortage of some of the supplies that are most needed to keep our health care providers safe while they take care of our community,” said Anthony Jasenski, Chair of the Schenectady County Legislature. “If anyone has any masks, gloves, thermometers, gowns or any other personal protective equipment, please consider donating them to the County. We will get them into the hands of the people who need them the most.
