Schenectady County Sheriff to Hold Prescription Pill Take-Back Day on October 28th

On Saturday, October 28, 2017, the Schenectady County Sheriff’s Office in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will be conducting a National Prescription Pill Take-Back Day.  The collection site will be at the Schenectady County Sheriff’s Office Substation, 130 Princetown Plaza Schenectady, NY 12306 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  The disposal of prescription drugs presents unique challenges to the safety of our community and environment.  The National Prescription Pill Take-Back Day provides a safe and convenient way to dispose potentially dangerous controlled substances.
