Schenectady County SummerNight is a FREE event featuring a variety of family-friendly entertainers and performances presented at various locations throughout Downtown Schenectady. SummerNight annually draws more than 20,000 visitors throughout the day to downtown Schenectady.
If you wish to be a vendor please complete the vendor application below. Schenectady County reserves the right to amend/reject any application in an effort to provide a variety of products and activities for our visitors. If accepted, payment will be required in full by June 1, 2017 to secure booth space on the day of the event. Non-profit organizations will be required to provide proof of non-profit status. Food and craft vendors will be required to provide a copy of your valid 2017 NYS Sales Tax Certificate of Authority. Food vendors will be required to provide a Certificate of General Liability Insurance (minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence) listing both Schenectady County and the City of Schenectady as additional insured. Food vendors will be required to provide their own power. Arrangements and approval will be needed for all other vendors with power needs.
