Schenectady County Hosts Adoption Day Celebration

Schenectady County hosted an Adoption Day Celebration and annual Adoption Tree lighting in recognition of National Adoption Month on Tuesday, November 15, 2016  in front of the Schenectady County Office Building.  The tree lighting is a visible symbol of recognition for those families who have adopted children the past year.   The celebration is a collaborative effort between the Schenectady County Office of Children and Family Services and Schenectady County Family Court.
