AT YOUR SERVICE...Our Hours
We are here to serve you between 9AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday. We provide extended voting hours to serve the public in the fall, including some Saturday hours. These times and dates will be published in local newspapers, and on this web site. Voice mail is available when the office is closed.
Extended Absentee Voting Hours for the 2009 General Election are as follows:
Wednesday, October 21, 2009 – 5 pm to 7 pm
Saturday, October 24, 2009 -- 9 am to Noon
Wednesday, October 28, 2009 – 5 pm to 7 pm
Saturday, October 31, 2009 – 9 am to Noon
The Board of Elections
The Board is comprised of two Commissioners of Elections, Brian L. Quail, Esq. (D) and Art Brassard (R). The board of elections and its staff serve the people of the county to ensure that elections and all matters related to elections are conducted effectively in an open fashion according to the New York State Election Law.
