Cable Consortium releases Survey of Time Warner Customers
As part of the cable franchise renewal process, the towns of Niskayuna and Glenville and the City of Schenectady have joined together as a consortium with the County of Schenectady to interact jointly on the development of a new cable franchise agreement.
One of the first tasks of this consortium was to survey existing Time Warner customers about their satisfaction with current services.
